Claire Michelle France

Claire is a senior associate in the corporate and finance real estate team and is based in the Birmingham office.

Claire has over 20 years of experience in a range of UK commercial real estate areas including sales and acquisitions, asset management and real estate finance.

Claire acts for a variety of commercial client, including institutional investors, private equity clients and corporate clients. Having a wealth of experience in acting for both buyers and sellers and landlords and tenants with diverse property portfolios, Claire is able to adapt her knowledge and skills accordingly.

Claire has an LLB (Hons) in Law German Law and German Language and has experience of working in a number of top tier international law firms.
