As a partner in our commercial litigation team in London, Hannah has acted on some of our most complex and high profile cases in recent years. Her practice has a significant international element, covering both cross-border litigation and multi-jurisdictional investigations. She has particular experience of reputationally critical disputes and supports clients to navigate the additional challenges that these present.
In addition to bringing and defending cases that have already materialized, Hannah helps clients to reduce the risk of disputes arising in the first place by anticipating issues and identifying early solutions. She thrives on constructing an argument, while recognizing that a commercial resolution rather than a legal one is often the right outcome.
Hannah does not just practise civil procedure – she has first-hand experience of reforming it as Lord Justice Jackson's judicial assistant on his Review of Civil Litigation Costs.

Acting for a large international bank in proceedings in the Commercial Court in London in connection with its claim for fraud and recovery of assets.
