Jeremy is a trained Australian Barrister at the New South Wales Bar. He has appeared as counsel extensively in courts and tribunals at early stages of hearings in employment, migration, common law, and crime and has several published decisions to his credit.
As a skilled advocate, Jeremy has extensively assisted clients in avoiding arbitration and court hearings in the construction industry. Broadly experienced in commercial advisory, Jeremy also maintains a practice that includes cross-border deals, market-entry, and international sales of goods and services.
Jeremy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a PhD (Law) Candidate at RMIT University, specifically focusing on enforcing international arbitral awards within Vietnam.
Jeremy speaks native English and conversational Vietnamese.
