Joe Lambert knows construction and engineering from the ground up. A seasoned litigator with over a dozen trials under his belt, Joe has successfully represented a range of diverse clients - primarily involving the construction and design industries – including owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Joe successfully represents clients in the full gamut of construction and design-related disputes in federal and state trial courts and arbitration proceedings, including construction/design defect, delay, acceleration, and disruption claims, including, in particular, involving “green energy” projects such as battery-energy plants, solar farms, and other green energy projects. From other complex projects, such as public dams to mixed-use mountain resorts to gold ore processing plants, Joe's deep litigation experience and background in construction and design also has given him keen insight on how clients can help avoid disputes when negotiating contract terms.

Joe also has broad experience in commercial disputes, having successfully represented clients in a variety of non-construction related business matters.

Joe is an active member in his community and regularly speaks to professional organizations on new, developing, and changing areas of the law. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Colorado Legal Aid Foundation which provides legal assistance in civil matters to low-income Coloradans.
