Jürgen Johannes Witte has the broad experience and sharp legal skills that are essential to resolve complex legal disputes, whether in or out of court, and delivering clear and feasible solutions to clients.
In his more than 20 years of experience, Jürgen has built deep expertise in directors and officers liability cases, insurance disputes, banking litigation and construction and engineering disputes. He has also conducted numerous internal investigations and has guided clients through difficult disputes in various industries.
Jürgen started his career as a judge and public prosecutor and later became an OLG lawyer (i.e. admitted to appear before the Higher Regional Court). Jürgen is therefore one of very few litigators in Germany who are able to truly assess a case from the perspective of the court, which puts him in the position to develop the most appropriate strategy for each client.
