Anna Kordziawa-Toś joined Hogan Lovells in August 2016. Since then Anna has been assisting senior lawyers in advising Polish and international clients in transactions related to the sale and acquisition of real estate.
Moreover, in the context of climate change and legal changes, Anna has started to advise on issues related to renewable energy sources as well as the energy transition in Poland.
Her duties include also preparing due diligence reports and drafting transaction documentation.
In her career she has gained experience in the preparation of PPP contracts and tender documents.
