Paolo is a senior associate of our Litigation and Arbitration practice team in Milan. Since joining the Firm in 2019 he has acquired a significant experience handling complex cross-border commercial disputes and mass claims proceedings, assisting international and domestic clients operating in several industry sectors, including technology, mechanicals and automotive.
Paolo regularly assists companies on a variety of regulatory and product compliance and safety issues, which could lead to civil, administrative, or even criminal litigation.
Before joining the firm, Paolo worked in the Milan office of an important Italian law firm, gaining significant experience in assisting and advising foreign and Italian companies in commercial and product liability litigation.
With his solid legal background and experience as litigator, Paolo reliably guides clients through twists and turns of complex domestic and cross-border litigation, including commercial and corporate disputes.
Representative experience
Assisting a company with reference to a commercial dispute against an Italian supplier, which failed to deliver the requested components within the agreed terms.
Assisting a client with reference to a commercial litigation started by the plaintiff in order to seek recovery of the damages allegedly caused within an international freight transport contract.
Assisting a leading cloud computing company following a fire in a data-center, which determined the loss of significant amount of data as well as the interruption of its services.
Assisting a leading automotive company within a class action started by a consumer association claiming for damages linked to the existence of fa cars sector cartel.
Assisting a manufacturer of medical devices with reference to claims for damages suffered by patients/heirs of the patients.
Assisting a pesticides manufacturer with reference to alleged defects in products which allegedly caused damage to crops and animals.
Assisting a pharmaceutical company with reference to a commercial dispute regarding the breach of a supply contract as a result of the failure to supply the goods agreed within the contractual terms.
