With over a quarter of a century of experience in law, László Partos has been the legal adviser of choice for many clients in the Hungarian market. As the capital markets have developed in Hungary, László has become one of the leading lawyers in this area, advising many of the principal market players on their capital markets strategies. László advises on both corporate strategy and dispute resolution.
He has also worked as an arbitrator at the Monetary and Capital Markets Arbitration Court, the Arbitration Tribunal of the Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Arbitration Tribunal of the Council of Internet Service Providers.In addition to his capital markets, corporate and dispute resolution work, he has also advised clients in the pharmaceutical industry, in telecommunications & e-commerce as well as players in the venture capital & private equity fields. László is also a member of the firm’s anti-bribery and corruption group.
