Astrid Layrisse  has been an associate in the public law / PPP / project finance department in the Paris office of Hogan Lovells since 2018.

She advises both public bodies and private companies in implementing their infrastructure and public building projects procured under a public contract in various fields such as transport (railway and motorway), utilities, healthcare, telecommunications and energy.

As a project lawyer, she assists clients from choosing the best sort of public contract and drafting project agreements - especially public procurement contracts, concessions, PFIs and state owned property leases – to awarding and performing the contracts properly.

Astrid also advises Hogan Lovells' clients in the resolution of their disputes relating to public law issues (in particular the procurement process and the performance of contracts), by intervening in the amicable resolution process or, in case of litigation, by representing their interests before the French administrative courts.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, she began her career as a lawyer focusing on public law contracts applied to energy and telecommunication sectors in a boutique French law firm with a strong focus on public entities.
