Mahvesh Qureshi is a practical, commercially oriented, and experienced M&A and private equity lawyer. Mahvesh is an elected member of the Hogan Lovells Global Board, head of our Corporate & Finance practice group for the Americas, and a member of the firm's Global Tech M&A Leadership Team.

She counsels clients on a range of U.S. and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, carve-outs, and strategic investments. 

Mahvesh's clients include large multinational corporations and strategic and financial investors (private equity and venture based) in a variety of industry sectors, including technology, consumer, life sciences, health care, aerospace and defense and diversified industrials. With a dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit, Mahvesh is constantly reinventing herself as her clients' needs and industries evolve. She anticipates her clients' problems before they arise and draws on creative solutions to solve their challenges.

Her passion for giving back and commitment to global issues has led her to a number of extensive corporate governance pro bono representations, including representation of Girl Rising, a global campaign for girls' education and empowerment.
