Amsterdam, 14 June 2024 - The Hogan Lovells Amsterdam, London, New York and Luxembourg debt finance teams have successfully advised Triton, a leading investor in the European market, in securing the TLB syndicated financing to support the acquisition of three major business units – Visser & Smit Hanab, VolkerWessels Telecom, and Homij – from Koninklijke VolkerWessels, a leading construction firm headquartered in the Netherlands.
