Milan, 5 July 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the Léon Vincent Group, a major international player in the field of logistics, transports and sea, land and air freight, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Global Shipping Group S.p.A. (GSG), an Italian company specialised in international transports and sea and air freight.
Hogan Lovells advised Léon Vincent with an Italian and French cross-border team. The Italian team was led by partner Francesco Stella with support from senior associate Andrea Foglia. The French team was led by Corporate partner Florian Brechon with support from associates Guillaume Denis and Shanna Hodara. Counsel Luc Bontoux and associate Constance Brégé advised on banking aspects of the transaction.
