Hogan Lovells advises Literacy Capital plc on its minority investment in Campfire Group
London, 13 August 2024 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Literacy Capital plc on its significant minority investment into Campfire, a leading digital marketing agency based in Manchester.
Founded in 2019 by Alex Brown and Joe Gradwell, Campfire is focused on providing technology and data-led influencer marketing services, with the business’s proprietary trend spotting and prediction tool, Spark, at the core of its service offering. Campfire has completed over 10,000 influencer collaborations to date, generating market leading engagement rates and return on investment for its clients.
The investment from Literacy Capital plc will support Campfire’s continued growth, both organically and via strategic acquisitions, with a focus on their technology-centric proposition.
