Hogan Lovells advises M&G Trustee Company Limited in unitranche facility of Eurazeo for Excellera Advisory Group's acquisition of Barabino & Partners

Excellera Advisory Group, Italy's largest consulting firm in corporate affairs established in 2022 from the partnership between Cattaneo Zanetto Pomposo & Co. and Community, with support from Xenon Private Equity, completed the acquisition of Barabino & Partners.

The unitranche facility supporting the acquisition has been arranged and granted by a debt fund managed by Eurazeo Global Investor.

The team that advised on the transaction was led by counsel Salvatore Graziadei with support from associate Leonardo Tripaldi.
