Hogan Lovells advises Nissan on the transfer of its Polish business and grant of the distribution rights to Astara
Warsaw, 12 June 2023 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Nissan on the transaction of its Polish arm, Nissan Sales Central & Eastern Europe Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, to Astara NIP Poland sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Astara Mobility S.L.
It included the sale and distribution of Nissan automobiles, spare parts and accessories operated through its Polish branch, as well as granting the distribution rights to purchase Nissan vehicles and spare parts and the performance of related services in Poland.
The completion of this transaction is subject to conditions, in particular obtaining approval from the relevant antitrust authority.
The Hogan Lovells team was led and supervised by corporate counsel Tomasz Żak and senior associate Piotr Kwasiborski.
