Milan, 2 November 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Calibre Scientific International Holdings Inc, a company belonging to the international investment group Stone Calibre, specialised in the healthcare sector, on the acquisition of CPS Analitica S.r.l..
Analitica S.r.l. is an Italian company active in the distribution of chromatographic products in the life sciences and diagnostics field.
Hogan Lovells assisted Calibre Scientific with a cross-practice team led by M&A partner Luca Picone, with support from associate Marina Massaro.
