Hogan Lovells advises Oriens on the acquisition of all shares in Transsystem S.A.
Warsaw, 11 August 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Oriens, a private equity fund, on the acquisition of all the shares in Transsystem S.A. from Tar Heel Capital and other sellers.
Transsystem S.A. is a Polish company specialising in designing and manufacturing of automated material handling systems and advanced steel structures tailored to the needs of its customers.
Oriens is an independent privately-owned industrial holding focusing on private equity investments in Central and Eastern Europe, including Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. Since 2010, Oriens has been acquiring medium-sized companies and turning them into successful large ones. The acquisition of Transystem S.A. will enable Oriens to accelerate its development in Central and Eastern Europe and strengthen its companies portfolio.
