Warsaw, 23 August 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised PATRIZIA SE on tax issues relating to the sale of the Royal Trakt Offices to Investika realitní fond.
The Royal Trakt Offices, situated on the prestigious Trakt Królewski (The Royal Route), are one of the most unique office buildings in Warsaw. The Royal Trakt Offices comprises 3,200 sqm of office space, leased to a diversified mix of tenants.
The Hogan Lovells Warsaw-based team was led by partner Andrzej Dębiec with support from counsel Zbigniew Marczyk (both Tax).
This is another real estate transaction concluded by PATRIZIA in which Hogan Lovells was involved on the tax aspects of the transaction.
