Washington, D.C., 1 December 2021 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells represented syncreon Newco B.V., a U.S.-based global logistics provider, in its US$1.2 billion acquisition by DP World, the leading provider of worldwide smart end-to-end supply chain logistics, enabling the flow of trade across the globe.
