Hogan Lovells advises the founders of DriiveMe on acquisition of a stake in its capital by Isai

Founded in 2012, DriiveMe is the European market leader in the individual vehicle logistics market. Active across Europe, DriiveMe has a headcount of over 60 employees and generated €23 million in revenue in 2022.

This transaction will allow DriiveMe to strengthen its position in its existing markets and to expand into new regions, notably Germany.

Following the closing of the transaction, the founders will retain a majority stake.
