Hogan Lovells advises Ventiga Capital in its sale of Infare to OAG

London, 02 August 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells together with Danish Plesner has advised Ventiga Capital in its sale of Infare, a key provider of competitor air travel data, to OAG, the world’s leading data platform for the global travel industry, in a deal valuing the combined entity at over US$500 million. Both management teams will continue in the Group and will retain a shareholding, with fresh backing provided by Vitruvian Partners.
The Hogan Lovells team was led by Global Head of the Private Equity and Fund Practice Area, Ed Harris and private equity counsel Simon Grimshaw.
Mayer Brown advised Vitruvian together with Danish counsel Gorrissen.
