Hogan Lovells advises Aareon on the acquisition of Haufe Lexware Real Estate
Led by Frankfurt partner Maximilian Broermann and associate Alan James-Schulz, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Aareon Group on the acquisition of Haufe Lexware Real Estate AG (HLRE), a provider of specialist software solutions for the property industry, in particular housing management, from the Haufe Group.
Aareon Group, Europe's established provider of SaaS solutions for the property industry, will further develop HLRE and place it on a sustainable foundation, demonstrating Aareon's firm commitment to the property industry. The transaction will allow Aareon to enhance it's efforts in the housing manager segment and drive forward the transformation of HLRE into an SaaS provider, safeguarding HLRE's future and ensuring the stability of it's highly specialized solutions for the customers depending on them.
