Led by Frankfurt partner Prof. Dr. Michael Schlitt, international law firm Hogan Lovells advised Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG and Deutsche Bank AG on the capital increase of SFC Energy AG.

SFC Energy AG is a listed leading supplier of hydrogen and methanol fuel cells for stationary and mobile hybrid power supply solution.

The total of 2.89 million new shares were offered to the company's shareholders in a rights issue by way of indirect subscription rights. The subscription price was set at EUR 19.50 per new share. The new shares commenced trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and on the sub-segment of the regulated market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard) on August 1, 2022.

Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG and Deutsche Bank AG acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in the capital increase.
