Hogan Lovells advises Kudelski on a CHF 150 million credit facility from Farallon

Led by partner Dr Carla Luh and Counsel Stipe Bojanic, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the Kudelski Group on a CHF 150 million (app. EUR 155 million) credit facility from Farallon Capital Europe LLP. 

The Kudelski Group with headquarters in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland and Phoenix (AZ), USA, is an international leader in digital security and business enablement technologies. The newly secured facility is available to repay Kudelski's domestic straight bond, which matures on September 27, 2024. The loan has a maturity period of 18 months.

Hogan Lovells has advised Kudelski on all legal matters regarding the cross-border financing.
