Hogan Lovells advises Rune Group in renegotiating its credit facilities of 130 million euros

Led by Partner Dr Carla Luh and Counsel Stipe Bojanic, global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Rune Group S.A. (Rune) on the renegotiation of credit facilities totalling 130 million euros. 

As a portfolio company of the Connecting Europe Broadband Funds (CEBF), Rune is managed by Cube Infrastructure Managers (Cube IM), a mid-market infrastructure private equity investor.

With this financing, Rune now enables the expansion of its fiber to the home networks (FTTH) in rural areas of Slovenia and Croatia strengthening its position as a leading broadband provider in such areas.
