Hogan Lovells advises VALOREO on transaction with Razor
Frankfurt, 24 January 2023 – Led by Frankfurt partner Dr Torsten Rosenboom, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised VALOREO, Inc on a transaction with German Razor Group GmbH. The transaction included the sale of VALOREO to Razor Group and a simultaneous equity financing round of the group led by previous VALOREO lead investor L Catterton and with participation from other VALOREO investors, including Presight Capital.
Based in Delaware, VALOREO was founded in 2020 by Martin and Stefan Florea, Alexander Grüll, Cedrik Hoffmann, and Miguel Oehling. As the first e-commerce holding company in Latin America, VALOREO acquires, operates and scales successful e-commerce brands, mainly in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil. Berlin-based Razor Group is a consumer goods holding company that acquires and develops e commerce brands worldwide.
