Hogan Lovells continues to grow M&A practice in New York with addition of partner Brad Edmister

New York, 06 February 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Brad Edmister has joined the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice group as a partner in its Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice, based in New York.

Brad joins from Morgan Lewis where he was a prominent cross-border deal maker and led its Japan capital markets practice. With a deep affinity for Japanese culture, Brad has extensive experience advising US, Japanese, and other Asian clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He is also one of the preeminent advisors to J-REITs and listed Japanese infrastructure funds.
