Hogan Lovells Is Included in Working Mother's "Best Law Firms for Women" List for Eighth Year in a Row
Washington, D.C., 16 July 2019 – For the eighth consecutive year, Hogan Lovells has been named one of the "Best Law Firms for Women" by Working Mother.
This prestigious list recognizes U.S. law firms that create and use best practices in retaining and promoting women lawyers. It evaluates firms on a number of criteria, including lawyer representation, schedule flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women.
Hogan Lovells has been recognized for the firm's commitment to these best practices, which has only continued to increase in 2019. Currently, women make up:
- 27 percent of our partners,
- 36 percent of our lateral hires,
- and 34 percent of senior management positions.

Hogan Lovells was also named one of Yale Law's Top Ten Firms for Gender Equity in 2019. Last year, the firm signed on to the Mansfield Rule 2.0, which commits the firm to measuring, tracking, and improving the composition of its diverse candidates for lateral hiring, senior leadership positions, and business development activities.
