Hogan Lovells marks ten years of growth and development in São Paulo
São Paulo, Brazil, 25 June 2024 – On 5 June, Hogan Lovells’ São Paulo office, hosted a celebration to mark its 10th anniversary in Brazil. In the heart of the city’s financial center, the firm welcomed Brazilian local counsel and over 300 clients representing a broad spectrum of industry sectors as well as Brazilian and international banks, investors, and advisors.
Over the past ten years, the São Paulo office has orchestrated major cross-border M&A deals and assisted multinational corporations in establishing their presence in Brazil and Latin America.
