Hogan Lovells partner Arjun Garg appointed Public Member of the Administrative Conference of the United States

Washington, D.C., 3 August 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce Transportation partner Arjun Garg, who formerly served as the Chief Counsel of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA), has been appointed as a Public Member of the Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS). ACUS is an independent, non-partisan federal agency within the executive branch dedicated to improving administrative law and federal regulatory processes, whose members develop and adopt recommendations to improve federal administrative processes. Garg joined the firm in April 2021 following his leadership roles at FAA and FTA. He advises transportation clients on a broad spectrum of regulatory, litigation, and corporate matters and helps lead Hogan Lovells’ top-rated aviation practice.
