Hogan Lovells partner Hélène Parent named among Law.com’s Private Equity Rising Stars

The list recognises the top 25 private equity lawyers aged under 40 across the commercial legal market.

Hélène was recognised for advising on multi-bllion deals including the financing of over €2 billion for Verkor to launch a battery gigafactory in France and on the record €40 million series A round of funding for European space group The Exploration Company.

Hélène’s role in advising 23 of the 28 French unicorn companies and key roles in almost every iconic tech deal in France was also highlighted.
