Sydney 15 April 2024 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Crescent Capital Partners, an Australian private equity firm, as sponsor on the establishment of a single-asset continuation vehicle for Healthcare Australia, a company that provides workforce solutions and direct care services in the health care industry with institutional backing from domestic and international secondaries participants.
This transaction represents one of the largest ever Australian fund secondaries transactions.
Lawyers in our Sydney office led the transaction, with support from our private equity and tax practices.
