Partner Russell Hedman named in Bloomberg's 40 Under 40 List

Russell Hedman was one of only six lawyers recognized in Mergers & Acquisitions for his exceptional work in leading high-profile sports deals and complex private equity transactions. Russell’s sports work includes representing the Walton-Penner ownership group in the acquisition of the NFL’s Denver Broncos and the investment by the Strategic Sports Group into PGA TOUR Enterprises, a landmark professional golf deal. He also regularly advises private equity investors, including advising Dynasty Equity as it co-led the Series A investment round for TMRW Sports, an innovative sports venture founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, among others.
