Advising Related Argent on their £8bn mixed use joint venture project to redevelop a 373-acre brownfield site with 7,500 homes and create a new town for Future London: Brent Cross Town.
Acting on the multi-billion pound "Round 4" offshore wind project, from tender design to the completion of six complex agreements for lease with the potential to deliver power to 8 million homes.
Acting for The Crown Estate and their joint venture partnership with Oxford Properties on their mixed use redevelopment and lettings at St James' Market, London.
Acting for M&G on their development, investment and leasing portfolios including the iconic Waterhouse Square development and the Enhanced Value Fund.
Principal advisor for The Crown Estate on their offshore energy portfolio, including their first of a kind carbon dioxide storage projects, within the seas of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Advising Related Argent on their £600m development, by way of joint venture with Invesco Real Estate, of 800 market housing for sale and build-to-rent homes.
Acting for M&G's Secured Property Income Fund on their £125m investment in Genesis's PRS redevelopment project at the entrance of the Olympic Site.
