Flavio Parigi represents clients on a broad range of employment law matters including employment disputes also before Italian Courts, employee agreements, internal audits on corporate compliance, company policies and codes, H&S at workplace, and inspection of Labour/Social Security Authorities.
He advises both International and domestic clients operating in a variety of industry sectors, such as energy, transportation, logistics, technology and telecoms.
He joined Hogan Lovells in 2021, after graduating in Law.
During his studies, he spent six months in Gothenburg, Sweden, where he studied at the Gothenburg University.
