Aleksandra Połatyńska is an advocate and a member of the Dispute Resolution team in the Hogan Lovells Warsaw office. She assists Polish and international clients in a range of disputes before state and arbitration courts, as well as before the enforcement authorities.
Her practice focuses on cases of a commercial nature, including energy, construction, life-science, and financial industry disputes. Aleksandra advised companies on numerous domestic and cross-border matters involving civil law liability. In addition to litigation and arbitration practice Aleksandra is also committed to pro bono work, including in the field of human rights protection and environmental law.
Aleksandra gained experience in international arbitration as a secondee associate in the Hogan Lovells International Arbitration Practice Group in Munich.
Aleksandra is effectively working (apart from Polish and English) in German and French.
