Jessica is an associate in our Dispute Resolution practice, based in Dubai and working closely with the London office. Jessica acts for clients on complex cross-jurisdictional disputes in international arbitrations and in commercial litigation before the English High Court and DIFC Courts.  She also has experience of forms of ADR, such as mediation and expert determination, and provides clients with pragmatic advice on how best to manage risk to avoid disputes.  Jessica has a broad advisory practice covering a range of sectors, including the financial services, aviation, automotive, technology, construction and energy industries.

Advising an air ambulance charity on a contractual dispute with its aviation services provider.

Advising a global engineering company on its commercial strategy for mitigating litigation risk arising from the worldwide semiconductor shortage.*

Advising an American multinational technology company on limiting its liability in its global procurement process.*

·Representing a KSA-based chemical manufacturer in an ICC arbitration against its contractor concerning the construction of one of the world’s largest chemical plants.

Successfully representing the creditors in an LCIA arbitration claim to recover US$350m debt under a credit facility agreement and pursuing enforcement action in Hungary and Cyprus.*

Representing a French defence company against a UAE government-owned bank in in an ICC arbitration concerning a bank guarantee.

Acting for a KSA-based will trust in a breach of fiduciary duty claim worth US$250 million before the English High Court.*

Defending an Egyptian oil producer in an English Commercial Court claim brought by a major British oil and gas company concerning an alleged failure to deliver oil.*
