Simon Recher assists investment professionals with structuring and establishing investment vehicles either in regulated or unregulated form investing in various types of assets. He also advise his clients on all regulatory aspects in relation to the day-to-day management and operations of these funds.
His previous in-house position at a global asset manager in Luxembourg allows him to see legal aspects surrounding investment vehicles from various angles and makes his advice client-oriented.
Furthermore, Simon is also a member of the Hogan Lovells Luxembourg regulatory team having a focus on financial institutions but also on more specifics areas (such as space mining or blockain related questions).

Oquendo Capital, a Spanish asset manager, on their three Luxembourg based mezzanine capital Sicars.
Asset management arm of a large Swiss bank on their different Luxembourg real estate funds, including two infrastructure debt funds.
CNP Patrimoine regarding the acquisition, and subsequent sale, of the asset management platform Quality Insurance Services (QIS) which managed its French and Luxembourg insurance contracts.
