Sarah-Lena Kreutzmann advises on all kinds of contractual matters in the areas of intellectual property law and information technology law. Sarah-Lena has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating license, R&D, technology and outsourcing agreements. She advises technology companies as well as companies from industries as diverse as life sciences, real estate and banking. 

Her legal advice further includes counselling on patent, trademark and copyright issues in transactions, both as part of the due diligence process and in subsequent contract negotiations. Sarah-Lena studied law at the Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen and at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI-ICADE) in Madrid. While studying law in Tübingen, she also completed the study program General Rhetoric at the Institute for General Rhetoric and gained a Master of Arts degree. 

After serving her legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Tübingen District Court and Stuttgart Court of Appeal, Sarah-Lena studied, inter alia, IP law at the University of Cambridge and received a Master of Laws degree.

Advising different manufacturers of electronic devices on patent license agreements under FRAND conditions.
Advising a multinational conglomerate on the acquisition of patents, trademarks, domains and software in an asset deal.
Advising a housing society on agreements with telecommunication service providers and on agreements for the development of websites.
Advising a German bank on different IT agreements, including software project and license agreements as well as maintenance and outsourcing agreements.
Advising a German manufacturer of medical devices on patent license and transfer agreements.
Advising an energy company on R&D agreements with other companies and a German university.
Advising an IT service provider in various matters, including software license agreements, software license audit and standard agreements for its IT services.
