As a German-qualified lawyer Sophia Siegling provides comprehensive advice in the field of EU trade mark law, advising her clients in German and English. She has experience in all proceedings before the EUIPO.
Sophia Siegling studied law at the University of Regensburg and the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, where she specialised in particular in international public law and international contexts. Before joining Hogan Lovells Alicante, she worked, inter alia, as a trade mark examiner at first instance, as well as in the Boards of Appeal of the EUIPO. Sophia's clients are from various sectors, including consumer goods, health care, as well as fashion and luxury goods.
