Silvia handles highly complex commercial and investment treaty arbitrations before most of the international and national institutions. With focused industry experience, including in the energy and natural resources, automotive, and diversified industrials sectors, she is able to understand the needs of her clients and give targeted advice to help them succeed. Silvia also works with clients to help prevent and avoid risks and disputes before they happen.
Silvia earned a degree in economics, which allows her to understand the economic aspects of clients' problems, particularly on quantum issues. She also maintains an active pro bono practice and recently participated in a project with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, for a compilation of different regulations across jurisdictions in the fight against corruption.
