As a partner, Stacey McEvoy focuses her practice on corporate transactional and commercial matters. She brings to the firm her significant experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions and other business combinations, dispositions and divestitures, joint venture transactions, partnership and strategic alliances, restructurings, and commercial contracting arrangements.
Stacey has extensive experience advising real estate investment trusts (REITs), including both traded and non-traded REITs, as well as other real estate companies in complex transactional matters. Her work with clients has also helped Stacey develop an expansive knowledge of a diverse range of other industries, including aerospace and defense; government; and diversified industrials.
Stacey is a member of the advisory board for the nonprofit Children's Law Center, where she also serves as an advocate. In addition, her commitment to give back to her community has led her to serve as a project leader for the firm's partnership with the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network.

VICI Properties Inc. on its US$17.2bn strategic acquisition of MGM Growth Properties LLC, creating America’s largest owner of experiential real estate.
Evercore Group LLC, as financial advisor to STORE Capital Corp., in connection with its pending US$14bn sale to affiliates of GIC Real Estate and Oak Street Real Estate Capital.
Black Creek Industrial REIT IV Inc. on its approximately US$920m acquisition of 48 industrial buildings in 13 geographic markets.
