Kim Tang advises Luxembourg and international companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a particular focus on acquisition and restructuring operations. She assists major domestic and foreign companies, financial institutions and private equity firms on corporate governance, general corporate legal issues and commercial advice.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Kim worked for major law firms in Paris and London.
