As an experienced litigator, energy and chemical clients look to Amber Trincado to handle their high-stakes litigation in U.S. state and federal courts. Well-versed in all types of complex litigation, Amber has a proven track record in disputes relating to large-scale groundwater contamination, environmental exposure, and personal injury actions. She also regularly advises clients on compliance with and implementation of California’s Proposition 65.

Amber collaborates with clients in developing innovative strategies to achieve their goals while keeping their business goals in mind. Given her excellent writing skills and ability to work efficiently, she is regularly sought after to prepare effective dispositive motions and trial briefs, and has played an integral role on trial teams, serving as the lead brief writer for lengthy jury trials. Additionally, Amber has extensive case management, deposition, and courtroom experience.
