Hannah is a financial services regulatory associate based in Dublin. She advises primarily on payment services, crowdfunding, consumer protection, outsourcing, conduct of business rules, FinTech, crypto and anti-money laundering. Hannah also provides general corporate advices and company secretarial services.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Hannah worked at a large full-service law firm in Dublin, where she acted for a wide range of financial institutions, in particular in the insurance sector. During a secondment to a multinational insurer, Hannah gained invaluable first-hand experience in managing a wide range of commercial and regulatory legal queries in an in-house environment.

Authorisation Applications: Assisting financial institutions in obtaining authorisation from the Central Bank of Ireland to undertake regulated activities.
IAF/SEAR: Providing bespoke advice in respect of managment responsibility mapping.
Branch Establishment: Advising on branch establishment requirements in Ireland.
Consumer Protection: Providing advices to a payment service provider / insurance intermediary on the practical application of the Consumer Protection Code in the context of advertising. *
Change of Control Applications: Assisting a wide-range of clients in preparing and submitting change of control applications to the Central Bank of Ireland. *
Consumer Credit: Providing advices to clients on the consumer credit regime in Ireland.
Company Law: Providing advice on the topic of parent-subsidiary liability.
Outsourcing: Assisting in a remediation project on behalf of a multinational insurer in respect of regulatory compliance with outsourcing rules and guidelines. *
Anti-Money Laundering: Assisting in a regulatory review on behalf of an asset management group in respect of their anti-moneylaundering / terrorist financing policies and procedures. *
Company Secretarial Services: Attending board meetings, producing accurate minutes in a timely fashion and assisting with Company Registration Office filings as required.
Portfolio Transfers: Assisting in the successful completion of insurance portfolio transfers and related cross-border mergers. *
Consumer Protection: Designing and providing training to in-house teams in respect of obligations under the Consumer Protection Code. *
Corporate Governance: Advising on a wide range of company law matters including directors obligations and liability, incorporation, shareholder and director voting and conduct at meetings. *
