As an Associate in our employment practice, Alice provides advice in relation to contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for a broad spectrum of clients.
Her experience includes advising on grievance, redundancy and termination processes, drafting employment documentation, supporting our clients on the employment aspects of complex corporate transactions, and co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional projects. She has also been involved with defending complex whistleblowing, disability and race discrimination employment tribunal claims. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells and converting to a legal career, Alice spent three years working in the Human Resources and Employee Relations teams of a multinational corporation.
Representative experience
Acting for a global bank in the defence of claims for unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination.
Advising a multinational client on current employment policies and practices across multiple jurisdictions.
Advising a financial services company in relation to complex organisational changes.
Completing a secondment to the in-house disputes team at a global telecommunications company.
