Jennifer Adams knows how to win. With nearly two decades of experience trying cases and representing clients in high-stakes environmental disputes, she is skilled at relentlessly representing the interests of her clients.

Having served as both in-house and outside counsel, she understands the importance of defining a "win" based on business drivers and goals and she knows how to achieve those goals before judges, juries, administrative bodies, and with opposing parties. Because of this unique combination of skills, Jennifer's clients trust her with their most complex environmental issues.

Jennifer has led the defense on complex environmental litigation throughout the United States, including class action cases on air and water disputes, enforcement matters, indemnification issues, and other environmental disputes. She has tried cases in court rooms and before administrative bodies, including the Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings.

She also serves as a trusted advisor on environmental compliance issues. She has notable experience in leading large teams in both litigation and environmental projects that involve the complex interplay between legal, regulatory, commercial, governmental, and public stakeholders.

Jennifer joined Hogan Lovells after spending eight years as a Chief Counsel of Litigation for Koch Industries.
