Sabine Adams advises national and international investors on all aspects of real estate law with a focus on real estate transactions - including real estate M&A, project development and forward deals. Her industry focus is on retail, residential and hotel/leisure properties.
Sabine Adams also advises on the creation and handling of condominium ownership and has comprehensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements. As part of her almost ten-year professional experience she has advised her clients through all stages of their project developments and on issues in all areas of the life cycle of a real estate.
With her calm manner, structured approach and ability to get straight to the point, Sabine Adams is committed to her clients' commercial goals and provides pragmatic and constructive solutions to their real estate-related business challenges.
Sabine Adams joined Hogan Lovells in 2011 and is part of the Real Estate team. She is Counsel in our Düsseldorf office. Sabine Adams regularly lectures in the field of real estate and commercial tenancy law, e.g. at the Düsseldorf Real Estate Academy.
