Advising The Crown Estate on the multi-billion pound award winning 2023 offshore wind agreements for lease and leasing project as part of an exclusive mandate advising on all offshore energy and CO2 storage development projects in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Advising LLDC on its impressive London Olympic Park legacy scheme, which includes 6,800 new homes and a range of employment, retail, hotel, leisure and community and educational facilities.

Advising Related Argent on all planning and development delivery aspects of its transformative £3bn regeneration of Brent Cross Town, comprising 6,700 new homes and over 3 million sq ft of office, commercial, educational and leisure space.

Advising British Land on its transformation of 1 Triton Square as part of the Regent’s Place life sciences and innovation hub, including on its joint venture with Royal London.

Advising the King’s Cross Central Partnership on various aspects of the award winning £2bn King’s Cross Central mixed use redevelopment project, in particular on development delivery, place making, utilities (including CHP), retail strategy and retail and leisure lettings.

Advising Encyclis on the delivery of the 60MW Rookery South energy recovery facility, including on the promotion of a scheme to add carbon capture and storage technology.

Advising Hammerson and Ballymore on the consenting and delivery of Bishopsgate Goodsyard in London’s creative centre comprising retail, hotel, cultural and workspace, a new elevated “High Line” style park and 500 market and affordable homes.

Advising The Crown Estate on its onshore portfolio, including on the redevelopment of strategic sites in Hertfordshire, forward funding retail parks in Banbury and Rushden, and on its JV with Oxford Properties to develop the landmark St James’s Market scheme in central London.

Advising Berkeley Homes on the delivery with its JV partner, Peabody Homes, of over 1,700 new homes and employment floorspace on former strategic industrial land at Thamesmead.

Advising St George on the delivery of 3,350 homes, amenity space, commercial and industrial space at Grand Union, including the UK’s tallest multi-storey industrial building (to be operated by SEGRO).

Advising M&G Real Estate on its forward funding of 3 Snowhill in Birmingham, the largest ever regional speculative development.

Advising Calthorpe Estates on the agreement with U+I (as developer) for a substantial regeneration project in Edgbaston Village, Birmingham. This complex development will deliver residential apartments, offices, hotel, a multi-storey car park, bars, restaurants and retail.

Advising M&G Real Estate on its acquisition from Exemplar Properties of the benefit of a development agreement with the City of London for the former London Fruit and Wool Exchange and the grant of a new Headlease from the City of London.

Advising Landsec on various high profile schemes including the redevelopment of 21 Moorfields, Old Bailey and New Street Square, the former Kodak site in Harrow, and the promotion of a strategic residential site in Stansted.

Advising Related Argent on its development of build-to-rent residential buildings at the Triangle Site, the only BtR development at King’s Cross Estate.
