Kodak Pension Plan on settlement in Chapter 11 proceedings for Eastman Kodak. Offices involved: London, New York, Dubai, Hong Kong, Beijing, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, Madrid, Caracas, Moscow, and Rome.

Advised on the restructuring of the European Care Group involving pre-packaged administrations in England and Guernsey.

Acting for Madison Pacific as Security Trustee in relation to contested application by UK administrators of African Minerals Limited for recognition and assistance in Hong Kong.

Advised FMS Wertmanagement and Erste Abwicklungsanstalt on establishment of German wind-down institution and on various debt restructurings in Germany, Spain, the U.S., and the UK.
